    Tray arrived broken

    The pee pad tray arrived broken with a chunk of plastic broken off from the tray. It also arrived with a bend in the tray, which prevents it from sitting level, rendering the tray unsuitable for its stated use.

    I tried to reach out to have it returned or refunded but no response from them at all.
