Returns and Exchange
Here at Woonona Petfoods, we want to ensure your shopping experience with us is as easy as possible. If you wish to return part or all your order, you may do so within fourteen days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you are returning an item, and we will ask you to return the goods to us at your own cost. Please obtain the proof of postage and/or tracking number as we are not responsible for any packages lost on return to us. To receive a refund for your item, it must be in the exact same and new condition as it was when it left our warehouse, that is – not used, with original packaging and resalable. Once the goods are received, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
In the event that the goods be the wrong size or not suitable, we are also happy to exchange them for another item but please note that any shipping costs incurred in returning the products will be at your expense. We are not able to refund you the original shipping charge, however we will ship the replacement goods to you with no additional charge. Please email us to inform us if you are returning a product for an exchange and we can ensure we put the stock aside for you and make any payment adjustments.
If in the instance you receive goods that are broken, damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement product to be sent to you.
Several premium dog and cat foods offer a money back guarantee, whereby if your pet does not like the food, or it is deemed unsuitable by a vet, you can be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, please return the product to us at your earliest convenience. Please note that the food must be either unopened or with only ¼ or less used. Any shipping fees will be at your own expense. If you would prefer to exchange for another food, we are happy to incur the shipping fees to send the new food.
