Returns
At Woonona Petfoods, we want your shopping experience to be as easy as possible. If you need to return part or all of your order, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know you’re returning an item. Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend keeping proof of postage and/or a tracking number, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and resalable. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Exchanges
If an item is the wrong size or not suitable, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Return shipping costs are at your expense and we’re unable to refund the original shipping charge; however, we’ll send the replacement item to you at no additional charge. Please email us before returning anything so we can set the replacement stock aside and arrange any payment adjustments if needed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist as quickly as possible.
Palatability Guarantee
Some premium dog and cat foods include a money-back guarantee if your pet won’t eat the food or if it’s deemed unsuitable by a vet. To be eligible, the product must be unopened or have no more than ¼ used, and it should be returned to us as soon as possible. Return shipping is at your own expense. If you’d prefer to exchange to another food, we’re happy to cover the shipping cost to send the new food out to you.
