We ship pet food and supplies across Australia, delivering straight to your door whether you’re in a metro area or a more remote location. All orders are dispatched from our Wollongong warehouse to ensure consistent and reliable service.

Free Shipping to Selected Postcodes

Free shipping is available to selected postcodes. Simply add your items to cart and enter your delivery address at checkout to see if your order qualifies. We aim to make delivery as affordable and convenient as possible.

Custom Shipping Costs

If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, delivery costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order and clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Exclusions & Special Items

Please note that free or standard delivery is not available for tanks, cabinets, fresh or frozen food, bulky or fragile items, or items over 1 metre in length. Shipping availability and pricing are regularly reviewed with our courier partners to expand delivery options wherever possible.

Free Same Day Delivery – Illawarra

We offer FREE Same Day Delivery on orders over $69 across the Illawarra region, Monday to Friday, for postcodes 2500–2508 and 2515–2530. Please note that bulk items such as garden products, hay and horse feed are excluded, as these require delivery via our larger truck.
