To find out if you qualify for free shipping, simply add your products to the cart and enter your address. If you don't qualify for free shipping, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight and size of your order. This will appear at the checkout page before you proceed to payment.

Please note, we are unable to offer free delivery or standard delivery on tanks, cabinets, fresh food or frozen food, bulky or fragile items or items longer than 1 metre in length once packaged.

Expected Delivery Times

We always do our best to ship your order as soon as we can, so you can receive your pet essentials as soon as possible. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Wollongong. For orders received on a business day, we do our best to ship your item within 24 hours of the order being placed. All orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email notification confirming your order, and again when your order is dispatched. We estimate orders to metro areas will take 2-5 business days, whereas regional and rural areas can be up to 10 days. Please note these are only estimates and the exact time frame will depend on our courier partner. We apologise for any delays in receiving your order.
