We always do our best to ship your order as soon as we can, so you can receive your pet essentials as soon as possible. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Wollongong. For orders received on a business day, we do our best to ship your item within 24 hours of the order being placed. All orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email notification confirming your order, and again when your order is dispatched. We estimate orders to metro areas will take 2-5 business days, whereas regional and rural areas can be up to 10 days. Please note these are only estimates and the exact time frame will depend on our courier partner. We apologise for any delays in receiving your order.
