FAQ

What does auto-delivery mean?

When you select auto-delivery, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on
the subscription duration and frequency that you select when you place your order. This makes it a super easy way to get all your favourite pet products delivered exactly when you need them!

How do I pay for auto-deliveries?

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Can I make changes?

When you select auto-delivery, you are locked in for two orders; the current order you are placing and one more order after that. If you want to cancel or change
your subscription, you can do it at any time after your second order. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

How do I set up auto-delivery?

To activate auto-delivery, simply select ‘auto-delivery’ instead of ‘one-off purchase’, select your frequency, add the product to the
cart and check out.

How do I know what frequency to select?

If you are purchasing products that you buy regularly, we recommend checking your order history to get a rough idea of how often you need
them. Don’t forget if you want to change or cancel your order, you can do so at any time after your first two orders.

How do I make changes to my auto-delivery?

Simply go to our website and log into your account or click the link to your order from any of your confirmation emails. Once you log into your account, you will be able to make changes to products, delivery frequency, delivery address and payment methods.

Can I cancel my auto-delivery?

After your first two orders, you can cancel your auto-delivery at any time. Simply log in into your account and click "cancel”. You can start it up again whenever you like.

What happens if a product on my Auto-Delivery is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered isn’t available, one of our customer service representatives will be in touch with
you to recommend an alternative or offer a refund.

What happens if my Auto-Delivery payment does not go through?

If your payment doesn't go through, we'll send you an email to let you know. Once it has been sorted it out, we will re-attempt the payment
and get your delivery on its way to you as soon as the payment is processed.

Is there a price guarantee?

We send an email confirmation a week before your auto-delivery order to tell you what you will be charged, so you will always be informed if the price has changed since your last order.

If I buy a product that is on sale, will I get it at the sale price at my next order?

We cannot guarantee the special price. That means, if it is still on sale, you will receive it at the sale price, less a discount, but if it is back at full price, you will pay full price.

Can I lock in the price I paid forever?

We cannot lock in any pricing as prices change all the time.
