Great customer service, worried about the decline in quality of this product

We have used Vets all Natural for our dogs for over 9 years. It has been a great product and the dogs have thrived. This latest 15kg bag however was a mass of water phobic powder with little substance. It is harder to rehydrate and the dogs are noticeably less satisfied. I can’t fault Woonona, consistently fast and efficient delivery every time. Will have to look for a new food for them though if this poor quality continues.

Brilliant food, and our dogs are the healthiest dogs we've ever had - a Lagotto and a Poodle. Both love it mixed with fresh meat mince for a perfect diet and regular pooping! I wish it was on special occasionally - we always pay full price and shipping :-(
