We ship Australia wide and offer Free Shipping to all major cities and major regional if the order is over $100 and under 50kg. For orders in the Illawarra region, we use our own vehicles to ensure we can get these to our customers as soon as possible. For orders outside the Illawarra region, we use Australia Post, Fastway, TNT and Couriers Please to make sure we can ship orders to a range of postcodes Australia wide.
We know you can’t be home 24/7, which is why we have given our courier partners permission to leave your order at your door without requiring a signature. This allows you to do whatever you have to do, knowing your order will be ready and waiting at your doorstep for your pet to enjoy.
