SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship Australia wide, and offer Free Shipping to the above postcodes if the order is over $100 and meets weight and size requirements. We use Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please and TNT so we can ship to as many postcodes as we can. Unfortunately there are some postcodes where we are not currently able to offer Free Shipping, but we are more than happy to provide the best possible price. Please note we are unable to ship frozen goods, and fragile goods such as glass tanks. If you wish to arrange a delivery for bulk goods that do not meet our usual weight and size rules, please feel free to send us an email at customerservice@woononapetfoods.com.au and we can try our best to get the goods to you at the best price.

 

FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY

  • Includes all postcodes 2500-2508, 2515-2529
  • Orders must be over $50 to receive FREE shipping 
  • Cut off for same day delivery is 11am, therefore orders must be received by 11.00am to receive the order that day
  • Same day delivery applies on Monday to Friday only, excludes weekends
  • Any orders placed after 11.00am Friday will be delivered on Monday
  • Excludes horse feed deliveries which will still follow the same delivery schedule unless otherwise approved

We use Australia Post, Fastway, TNT and Couriers Please to make sure we can. ship orders to a range of postcodes Australia wide. FREE Shipping applies to orders that meet weight and and minimum spend requirements, otherswise standard postage charges apply. Approximate delivery times:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 1-3 business days
  • Adelaide: 2-4 business days
  • Perth 5-10 business days
  • Regional: 2-4 business days
  • Remote areas: please allow up to 2 weeks

 

What if I will not be home when the products are delivered?

That’s okay! We know you can’t be home 24/7, which is why we have given our courier partners permission to leave your order at your door without requiring a signature. This allows you to do whatever you have to do, knowing your order will be ready and waiting at your doorstep for your pet to enjoy.

 

I want a bulk delivery, how can I arrange this?

We have our own vehicles delivering feed and other bulk orders all around the state! We have a set delivery schedule each week, covering The Illawarra and surrounds as far north as Helensburgh and as far south as Berry, as well as Menai, Wilton and Appin! Can I place an order over the phone?
Ofcourse! We understand that ordering online can be difficult for some, so if you would prefer to place your order over the phone, feel free to give us a call on (02) 4284 3162 and one of our friendly team members will be able to take your order.
Delivery instructions and time frames
Here at Woonona Petfoods, we pride ourselves on our efficiency in getting your order packed and dispatched as soon as possible. We ship Australia wide and offer Free Shipping to all major cities and major regional if the order is over $100 and under 50kg. Most metro areas can expect to receive their delivery within a few business days. Please see our Shipping Page for more information and exact time frames.
How will my order be shipped?
