Had to make numerous phone calls to get them delivered even with the bird cage came without the colour wanted. They wasted two weeks for me to be able to handtrain my budgies with the whole sending back of bird cage base and waiting for the screws.
IM NEVER BUYING FROM THESE CHALLENGED PEOPLE AGAIN.
