It is effective against all stages of worms in poultry, including tapeworm, and has no impact on egg production, fertility, or hatchability in birds. In pigs, it does not affect fertility or embryo formation, making it a safe, egg-withholding-free solution. Fluverm contains flubendazole, a member of the benzimidazole chemical family, offering broad-spectrum activity against common gastrointestinal worms in poultry, such as Ascaridia galli, Heterakis gallinarum, Capillaria spp., and Raillietina spp., as well as gastrointestinal worms in pigs, including Ascaris suum, Hyostrongylus rubidis, Oesophagostomum dentatum, and lungworm (Metastrongylus apri). Regular use helps promote healthier livestock by reducing parasite burdens, improving growth and productivity, while being simple to administer through feed.
