In December 2022, we opened the doors to our second store in Helensburgh, NSW! Woonona Petfood Helensburgh has everything you need for pets of all shapes and sizes. We have a range of premium and value pet food for dogs, horses, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, reptiles, and livestock. We also have a huge variety of accessories, including beds, toys, bowls, treats, apparel, flea, tick and worming treatments, collars, leads and harnesses, pet tags, grooming products, supplements and more. We stock all your favourite brands including Hill’s Science Diet, Royal Canin, Greenies, Mitavite, Nexgard Spectra and SavourLife and pride ourselves on providing all our customers with good old fashioned customer service.

Is there parking available?

As we are located on the main street of Helensburgh, there is plenty of parking available. You can park in the car park directly behind the store or take advantage of the street parking on Walker Street.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes, we do. Please order online and select click and collect. Be sure to choose the Helensburgh store if that is where you plan to pick up your order. You will get an email letting you know when your order is ready to collect.

I have an account at the Woonona store, will this be accessible at the Helensburgh store?

All existing accounts from the Woonona store will be able to be used at the Helensburgh store as per your normal account terms and conditions.

Can I accumulate loyalty points

Yes, you can accumulate and spend loyalty points at both our Woonona and Helensburgh stores.

Do you still deliver in Helensburgh?

Of course! We still offer our FREE Same Day Delivery Service (for orders over $50) in the Helensburgh region.

Are your prices the same at the Helensburgh and Woonona store?

Yes, all pricing will be the same at both stores. All discounts and monthly specials will also be on offer at both stores.

Do you have all the same products?

We have selected all your favourite products from Woonona, and brought them to the Helensburgh store. This means while we have many of your favourite brands, we have a smaller range so not all products from Woonona will be available at Helensburgh. If there is something you need that isn’t currently stocked, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff members, who would be happy to arrange getting this in for you.

There is a product I want that you stock at Woonona but not at Helensburgh, can you get it in for me?

Absolutely! We will do the best we can to get any stock needed from Woonona up to Helensburgh as soon as possible. If there’s a product that you would like to see us stock at Helensburgh, please have a chat to our friendly staff members and we will do our best to accommodate this.
