Tank arrived with a crack in rim but Very Good Customer service

The tank arrived with a chip / crack in the rim. It had a little blob of silicon over the crack that we assume the manufacturer (?) used to hide the issue. To Woonona's credit, they took the tank back and refunded us. Would suggest that tanks are checked before sending out, but customer service was very good.
